How can you get your voice-over or dubbing project completed?

From the first draft of your script to the final studio recording, we manage every step to bring your audio project to life.

1

Send your files

Please send us the document you wish to have translated or your original video with its timecodes, specifying the target languages and the voice profile you are looking for (male, female, tone).

2

Select your voices

Once you approved the quote, we adapt the translation of your script to match the exact timing of the footage. You then choose the ideal native voice-over artist profile based on your preferences (male or female voice, tone).

3

Recording and delivery

Our experienced sound engineers oversee the studio session to ensure perfect synchronisation. We’ll provide you with your video with the voice-overs already incorporated or a high-quality audio file, ready to be incorporated into your project.

Your questions about dubbing and voice-overs

How do you calculate the price for a voice-off or dubbing assignment?2026-08-13T14:16:14+00:00

The price is usually calculated based on the length of the script (by word or by line) or per minute of the final video. This rate covers text adaptation, professional studio hire, and the actor’s fee (including broadcasting rights depending on the intended use: internal, online, or TV). Carefully calibrating the script in advance guarantees that your budget is strictly adhered to by avoiding running over time in the recording sessions.

What is the difference between voice-off, voice-over, and dubbing?2026-08-13T14:16:14+00:00

Voice-off is a narrative voice which provides commentary for a video without the speaker being visible (e.g. a tutorial). Voice-over involves superimposing the translated voice over the original voice, which can still be heard in the background (e.g. a news report). Lastly, dubbing completely replaces the original audio track with a new vocal rendition by exactly synchronising the rhythm of the text with lip movements or shots on the screen.

How do you select the actors for our international projects?2026-09-24T15:12:23+00:00

Our professional actors are carefully selected: they are all native speakers who have clear voices without any noticeable regional accent. They are trained to adapt their tone and pace to suit your target audience. Moreover, our linguists make small adjustments to the translations so that the text can be spoken in the same amount of time on screen as it is by the original voice. This ensures that the final result looks and sounds natural.
